Gift Vouchers, Surcharges, Returns, Terms & Conditions
Please read the below terms and conditions relating to gift voucher usage and payment options.

 GIFT VOUCHER CONDITIONS OF USE
*Gift vouchers should be treated as cash tender and lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced however a digital E-Gift is on record and therefore will be able to be found on our online dashboard with SQUARE. 
* Gift Vouchers are redeemable every day of the weel and including Sundays and Public Holidays for services.
*Gift Vouchers bought during a Promotion is redeemable for that package only.
*Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
*E-Gift cards do not have any expiration date; however we would welcome you to use it at your earliest convenience.
*E-Gift cards may be redeemed at Beautiful You by Nadia for services or products of choice.
GIFT VOUCHER DIGITAL CODES
Please note that all E-Gift Vouchers have their unique barcode or voucher number that will be required on the day of the appointment.
SURCHARGES
We do not have a surcharge for Sundays nor Public Holidays. It will be at the owner's discretion for a NO SHOW. 
IN SALON REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Broken or damaged goods will be replaced within 7 days of purchase provided a receipt can be supplied.

Beautiful You by Nadia is pleased to accept the following payment methods (In salon: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Amex, EFTPOS and Cash). (Online: Invoice, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Amex and Afterpay with SQUARE integration).

PRICING

Beautiful You by Nadia reserves the right to change pricing and promotions without notification. Promotional pricing is as stated as per advert on the social media platform or service menu.

FIRST TIME VISIT TO OUR SALON

We kindly ask you to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment in order to find a parking or fill in the client form. If you are running late, please let the salon know as soon as possible as we would like you to have a relaxing experience.

TREATMENT WAIVER

​

Beautiful You by Nadia does not offer a Massage service to clients who are on Chemotherapy or undergoing Radiation, due to possible health concerns unless a client obtained advice from a specialist or Medical Practitioner.

Please be advised that we have your best interests at heart and would like them to consult a Dr prior to any service offered at our salon.

 

 

 

SALE PERIODS

During sale periods, we will have the start and end date and no sales will be allowed thereafter.

PRIVATE POLICY

Beautiful You by Nadia respects your privacy. All new customers fill in a Medical questionnaire, we keep this up to date at your appointments. This document is discarded after 1 year if a client has not had a recent appointment.

​We do NOT share your personal information however, we request permission from a client to share their Before/After photos for the use of Facebook or Instagram.

At times we do our own research obtained from our clients, in relation to consumer preferences. When you use the WIX website, they may collect data in relation to age, gender, treatment, date & time.
